Timeat is a meat delivery app and website focused on delivering fresh and quality meat products. Since we deal with perishable goods (like chicken, mutton, fish) that can spoil quickly, we have a no return policy. This means that once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy..

We ensure the freshness and quality of our meat products. However, due to their perishable nature, we do not accept returns. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • All meat products (such as chicken, mutton, fish, or any processed meat)
  • Any perishable goods
  • Gift cards (if launched in the future)
  • Downloadable products (like digital recipes or guides, if launched in the future)

Check Upon Delivery

We recommend checking your order as soon as it’s delivered. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue (due to our error), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll address your complaint, but instead of a return, we may offer a replacement or credit. You’ll need to provide order details and photos of the product.

Refunds (Only in Special Cases)

We process refunds only if:

  • The wrong product is delivered (something you didn’t order).
  • The product is already spoiled at the time of delivery (due to our error).

In such cases, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit card) within 5-7 working days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund:
  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Sale Items

Our “no return policy” applies to items purchased on sale or discount as well.

Delivery-Related Information

  • We strive to deliver fresh and correct products. Please check the product at the time of delivery.
  • If there’s a delay in delivery or an order is missing, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve your issue within 24 hours.

Gifts

If the product was ordered as a gift:

  • We do not accept gift returns since these are meat products.
  • If there’s an issue, inform us within 2 hours of delivery. We may offer a credit or replacement.
